Arrange a project meeting to discuss requirements. Your place or mine? We dont mind where we meet, but this is an important step to realising goals. Email and telephone are fine but nothing beats a good face to face meeting. Its even better if its at your companies workplace so we can get a feel for the work you do and the people that you employ so we get to know what your company is all about.

Look at similar or competitors websites. We dont like to copy but sometimes are worth using again. Other website may have ideas that would be suitable for your website, they give you an idea of what can be done and inspiration on what might be usefull for your buisness.

Produce an outline of the sites areas and goals. There is no point in making a website without first knowing what your going to put it in, organising your data in a structured manner for your visitors to find easily is primarily what the website is designed for.

Create a graphical mock of the sites layout. No reason to jump in two feet first. We create a mock design so you can see what the site may look like when complete. This lets us change this at early stage without diving into HTML and PHP code.

Gather content and dicuss self updaing of the site. We can create secure administration areas of the website where you our customer can update aspects of thier own website. A news item, a specials board, a blog or products in your shop. We dont expect you to call somone everytime you want to write a letter in the office just as we dont expect you to want to call us for every change you want to make to your website and no one knows your business better than you.

Create the site in a private location. We create the site online but hidden from public viewing where you can watch and comment on the development as it happens. This means we can constantly tweak the design to suit your needs as it happens so that by the end of the project the site is as you want it.

Release the site onto the internet. Jobs done, lets show the world. Live launch onto the internet. If you can create a buzz to your customers about the site before hand this is always a good day.

Submit site to large search engines. Tell the world, we have to let them all know you exist so we tell all the large search engines your site is now online.
